Keith is currently Vice President at FDRsafety LLC. He brings over thirty years of safety and health leadership experience in construction, chemicals and wood products.
Keith previously served as the Director of Safety at Lee Company and the Corporate Health and Safety Director at LP Building Products. Before joining LP, he spent 16 years with DuPont serving as the Global Safety, Health and Environmental Manager for the Polyester business, Safety Consultant in the DuPont Safety Resources business and plant safety and health leadership positions.
Keith led both Lee Company and LP Building Products to significant safety and health award recognition. In 2022, Lee Company received first place in the national Associated General Contractor (AGC) Construction Safety Excellence awards. They were also recognized by the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) with the STEP Platinum award in 2021 and 2022. During his tenure at LP, the company was twice recognized as one of America’s Safest Companies by EHS Today magazine.
Keith’s leadership at Lee Company provided the basis for a significant culture shift in safety reducing injury and illness rates from 3.61 to under 1.0 during his three years. He has also assisted six locations in achieving VPP Star recognition and served as an OSHA Special Government Employee (SGE) conducting more than 20 assessments throughout the country.
Keith holds BS and MS degrees in Occupational Safety and Health from Murray State University and is a Certified Safety Professional.
