Flavius oversees training at FDRsafety, which includes our highly effective Attitude-Based Safety Culture Training program that motivates workers to “want to” be safe, rather than feeling that they “have to.” Flavius also develops content for our customized safety training. Previously, Flavius had management roles at FedEx and Waste Management.
Jamie is responsible for operations in the Mid-Atlantic Region, which includes Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C., and assists with oversight of FDRsafety’s other regional operations. He is also a strategic member of our management team, working with clients on a national basis. In the Mid-Atlantic Region, Jamie oversees all aspects of our full-service safety consulting firm, including safety staffing, safety training, expert witness, safety program management, OSHA compliance and all other services we offer. He was previously regional director of safety for Clark Construction Group, LLC.
Jake leads our safety staffing program, which provides expert safety professionals to staff needs for projects in construction, general industry, pipeline and other industries. He was previously a safety manager for Clark Construction Group, LLC.
Ross is based in Kansas City, Mo. Ross, who is an experienced Industrial hygienist, was previously divisional manager for Eagle Picher Technologies, LLC in Joplin, Mo. Ross oversees all aspects of our full-service consulting firm in the region, including safety staffing, safety training, expert witness, safety program management, OSHA compliance and all other services we offer.
Bill is a highly experienced safety trainer, speaker and EHS program auditor with a track record of helping companies reduce their OSHA recordable rates. He has worked with companies in Europe, South America, Australia, the Middle East, the Caribbean and throughout the U.S. Working with Ford Motor Co., Bill designed, tested and implemented their Environmental Safety and Health Assessment Review Process called SHARP. Bill also had extensive training and auditing experience with the Pepsi Bottling Group.
