Training
One of our core offerings is a safety awareness program that has successfully reduced OSHA-recordable accident rates at companies all across the country. We motivate employees to “want to” act safely rather than “have to” follow rules.
The safety awareness program is part of one of the most effective safety training programs anywhere — a program that has trained more than 400,000 workers and managers at companies large and small. A key to our success is the expertise of our training staff, which is headed by CEO Fred Rine, who has delivered programs to companies ranging from ArcelorMittal Steel to Nucor Steel, Minnesota Power, Honda, Peabody Coal, Turner Construction, Steel Dynamics and Delta Airlines.
We also offer a wide range of instructor-led and online courses on a large number of topics, including 10-hour and 30-hour courses that result in OSHA certification for attendees.
